8 jerseys of one design, on any model. Once your design exists, adding to it later is easy: we can make as few as one extra jersey, at a slightly higher single-jersey price.

Yes. We can make a single sample first so you can see and feel the real thing. A one-off costs more than a jersey in a team order, so ask and we'll quote it. Most teams find the mockup and a quick call answer their questions, but the option is always there.

Yes. Through the Bundle Builder, every piece is $5 off when a player gets the full set: home and away jerseys, home and away socks, and a pant shell. That's $25 a player, so $200 on an 8-player team, applied automatically. Not going for a full set? Jerseys, socks and pant shells can still be ordered on their own.

For bigger or unusual orders, tell us the numbers and we'll quote it properly.

No. Mockups are free, and you can ask for changes until it's right. The first payment is a 50% deposit after you approve the proof, and the balance is due before your order ships. We send the invoice by email.

Yes, and most teams do. Send the enquiry now; your team page has a "Not yet" option for the roster, and you can come back to the same link whenever you have the names, numbers and sizes. The design work carries on in the meantime. Production starts once the roster is in.

Once you've sent the enquiry, you get a link to your own team page, where you can upload logos, inspiration pictures and your roster, typed in or as a spreadsheet, PDF or photo of the list. If email is easier, send everything to info@powerplaycustoms.ca with your team name in the subject.

That's most of the teams we work with. Tell us your colours and anything you like the look of: a photo, another team's jersey, a colour combo. We'll design it with you. You'll see a free mockup, usually the same day, and we keep tweaking until you love it.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best, because they print sharp at any size. If all you have is a PNG or JPG, send the biggest one you've got. A photo of last year's jersey works too. If the logo is small or blurry, send it anyway and we'll tell you what we can do with it.

As many as it takes. We'd rather do three more rounds than have you settle. Nothing goes into production until you've approved the proof.

Yes, and anything else you can picture. Every jersey is made to your roster, with each player's name and number on the back in whatever font and style suits the design, and you'll see exactly how they look on the mockup. Captain and alternate letters are part of it too: just mark C or A beside those players on your roster. The jerseys are fully custom, so if you can imagine a graphic, we can put it on.

Yes. Send them with your enquiry and tell us where you'd like them (shoulders, arm, hem, back), and we'll place them on the mockup for you to see. More than one sponsor is fine.

Sublimated jerseys (Lite, Premier, Reversible) have the whole design printed into the fabric, so it can't crack or peel, and there's no limit on colours or detail. Embroidered jerseys (Elite, Pro) have stitched crests and twill names and numbers, with the classic pro look and feel.

It's one jersey with two full designs, home on one side and away on the other, so your team can flip for a colour clash without buying two sets. It's sublimated, so both sides are printed into the fabric.

Use our sizing chart. Jerseys come in Youth S/M and L/XL and Senior Small through XXXL, and goalie cuts have their own sizes. When a player is between sizes, go up: a hockey jersey is worn over gear. If the whole team is unsure, tell us ages and heights and we'll suggest sizes.

Yes. Goalie cuts are roomier and come in their own sizes. Mark the goalies on your roster and we'll take care of it.

Yes, made to match your jerseys. Sublimated socks are $30 and embroidered socks $35; sublimated pant shells are $55 and embroidered $65. Tick them on the order form, or add them to an order later.

Yes. Every player has their own sizes, and a player can be on the list for socks only. It all lives on the roster, and we check it with you before anything is made.

Warm water is fine. Wash embroidered jerseys inside out to protect the stitching; sublimated jerseys are fine either way, because the colour is in the fabric itself. Skip the bleach. The care tag inside each jersey has the exact instructions.

It depends on the jersey: Lite and Premier take 12 to 18 days to make, Reversible 18 to 24, and Elite and Pro 20 to 28, then 3 to 6 business days to ship. The clock starts once you've approved the proof and we have your roster and deposit.

Around the start of a season it gets busy, so the earlier you start, the better.

Tell us the date in your enquiry and we'll tell you straight away whether it's doable. Sometimes it is. We'd rather say no than promise a date we can't hit.

Free anywhere in Canada, with tracking. Outside Canada, ask us and we'll quote it.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier has your box. Before that, you're welcome to ask where things are at any time, and we'll tell you.

Calgary, Alberta. We work with teams right across Canada, and everything ships free within the country.

Before production starts, usually yes, so message us right away. Once the jerseys are being made, a change may not be possible or may cost extra, and the timeline can move. We'll tell you exactly where things stand before you decide.

Yes to both. We keep your design on file, so adding a jersey or two is as simple as sending the name, number and size, and next season is a reorder of the same design with whatever's changed. Pick "We've ordered before" on the order page and it's a quick one.

Get in touch as soon as you see it, with a photo, and we'll make it right. If we made a mistake against the approved proof, the fix is on us.

Because every jersey is custom made to your roster, we can't take returns for a change of mind or a size someone picked wrong, which is why we check the roster with you before production. The details are on our policy page.

It happens. Postponing isn't cancelling: your deposit stays with your order and we pick it back up when you're ready. The policy page has the details.
