Shipping Policy — PowerPlay Customs

We ship worldwide (most orders go to Canada & the U.S.). Shipping is free within Canada. Timelines shown at checkout/confirmation are estimates and begin after production is complete; you’ll get tracking once your order ships.

For Canadian addresses, parcels usually arrive faster when they enter Canada directly. If a carrier routes a package through the U.S. first, customs/tariff processing can add about a week or more. Routing and border handling are outside our control.

Duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees on cross-border deliveries are the customer’s responsibility. We’re not responsible for late deliveries caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

If your parcel is damaged or lost, email us within 7 days of delivery (or the last tracking update) with your order number and photos, and we’ll help file a claim and arrange a replacement where applicable.
